Lucy Caulfield ’28, Photographer
First-year-staffer, Lucy Caulfield ’28, has many interests in The Tower with a special eye for photography. Lucy has been taking pictures since she was in eighth grade. She never knew how much she would enjoy it until her mom gave her the idea.
“My mom was about to get rid of her old camera and I was like, I want to try it,” Caulfield said. “I started by going to sporting events and taking pictures there, and then I joined the year book and other clubs I could use my skill in.”
She is also interested in sailing and field hockey and has participated in both of these things since she was little. Caulfield loves the summer weather, boating, and the quick game she plays on the field.
“I was introduced to field hockey when I was in fifth grade,” Caulfield said. “I played on a club team and last year was my first year playing for the south.”
Overall, Caulfield is excited to get started.
“I’m looking forward to an exciting year and seeing how I can put my photography skills to use for The Tower,” Caulfield said.
