Viviana Ostrowski ’26, Web Editor in Chief
Third-year staffer and Web Editor-in-Chief, Viviana Ostrowski ’26 is an expert at juggling extracurriculars. From captaincy of both the cross country and softball teams to an irreplaceable position on the Tower staff, Ostrowski stays active and involved at South.
Whether leading on the field, or in the classroom, Ostrowski appreciates teamwork and being pushed beyond her comfort zone. Finding confidence through interviewing and writing, Ostrowski finds that journalism challenges her to grow.
“I feel like I’ve always been fairly outgoing and not afraid of making new friends,” Ostrowski said. “But Tower pushes me because I need to be talking to adults and other students I wouldn’t usually interact with.”
Though seen as a class, Ostrowski finds that the best part of the Tower community is how it keeps her engaged with school life.
“It gets me going to different things and talking to different people,” Ostrowski said. “I feel like it keeps me informed about everything happening.”
