Sophia Kapla ’23 has been on Tower staff for three years. She loves journalism because it allows her to express her opinions freely and inform people about significant events. Kapla especially loves writing sports stories, so readers can keep an eye out for her game coverage. “Usually in school I’m pretty quiet, but most people don’t know that outside of school, I’m pretty outgoing,” Kapla said.
Her favorite class is science, because she finds some of the topics fascinating. Outside of school, Kapla loves swimming.
“I’m captain of the varsity swim team and I really enjoy it a lot,” Kapla said.
She loves to travel and hangout with friends and family. Kapla plans to study hard in college and is excited to see what this year on Tower brings.
