Kassiani Norris ’27, Supervising Copy Editor
Kassiani Norris ’27, second year staffer, is never bored. Between the swim team, tennis team, the Mock Trial team and being class president Norris loves to be involved, and she knows it.
“I love swimming, even though I’ll tell you I hate it, and I’m class president, so I like being a part of leadership,” Norris said. “I like doing certain roles and being a leader on them.”
Her most time-consuming commitment is to Mock Trial, is a group at South that is given a court case and has to defend their argument against other teams.
“It’s time consuming, but it’s rewarding, because it’s fun to actually go to the competition and be a part of it,” Norris said.
Now in her second year on Tower, she is expanding her leadership positions by taking on the role of a Supervising Copy Editor. After taking Honors Journalism her freshman year she found a medium of writing that she enjoys.
“Whenever I have a good story and I have the sources, it just flows and it’s just really fun,” Norris said. “Normally, English was usually not my favorite thing,but through Tower, I have found that I really do love writing.”
