Harriet Kowalski ’27 is your go-getter, confident student-athlete who is always eager to learn. While balancing being a rigorous field hockey player and now an upcoming journalist for the Tower, Kowalski is thrilled to join our journalism community.
“I love writing about people because I like making people feel special, just like how I like it when people write about me,” Kowalski said, “So that’s why it’s a good feeling, knowing that you can make someone feel good with what you’re doing.”
Entering her first year on staff, Kowalski is focused on making a lasting impact throughout her tenure. Kowalski finds that her drive and efficiency are key aspects to making this happen.
“I don’t like putting in half-effort, I like focusing on one thing at a time,” Kowalski said. “Everything I do, I’m doing it with the intent to do it well.”
