The Tower Pulse

Katie Maraldo ’21
Katie Maraldo is a 2nd year staff writer on Tower. She first joined Tower because she loves writing about topics she is passionate about, and loves the freedom staff writers have to choose their own topics. Katie loves making graphics to go with her stores, exploring graphic design was something she got into because of Tower and is improving by the day. Outside of school, Katie is a part of South's show choir which takes up a lot of her free time. Katie’s favorite thing about being in Tower is educating the students with important and timely news stories, “my favorite story I ever wrote was about the lack of feminine hygiene products, it actually made a difference and was an important topic to me.”
