Eastern Market: Downtown Detroit

Eastern market is a vibrant market located in Downtown Detroit. It includes multiple sheds with multiple vendors, restaurants, businesses, art, and all around Detroit/ based culture. Being around for 150 years, Eastern Market has many traditions. Spring is flower season, so make sure that you take a trip down to Eastern Market and buy some beautiful flowers!

Go to the lake!

Lake St.Clair is a staple of Detroit and Grosse Pointe. If you have a boat, you can take your boat down the river for a ride and look at the view of downtown Detroit. Don’t have a boat? No worries!! There are 6 waterfront parks in Grosse Point that you can go to and view the beautiful scenery of both the lake and botanical surroundings. Don’t live in Grosse Pointe? No problem! You can always take a walk or drive down Lake Shore and view the beautiful water!

Partridge Creek Mall;

Partridge Creek is an outdoor mall in Clinton Charter Township, Michigan. Along with trendy clothing stores like American Eagle and Express, it also has great indoor and outdoor dining options, consisting of restaurants like Cooper’s Hawk, Bar Louie, Bobcat Bomnie’s, and much more! They also have beautiful spring scenery, summer bands, and a gorgeous fountain. Make sure to visit Partridge Creek this season!

Visit Downtown Detroit:

As we know, Downtown Detroit has been on the up and up for a while now, even with the pandemic. Downtown is a great place to visit during the spring seeing that it had multiple stores, restaurants, events, photo ops, and just all around fun! Some of my favorite places to shop are Bird Bee, H&M, Lulu Lemon, and Nike. Some of my favorite restaurants are Leila’s, Jolly Pumpkin, Lumen, and Townhouse. For dessert, I love Treat Dreams and Detroit Water Ice. For spring fun, Downtown Detroit is the place!
