On May 4 2026, a brand new 7 Brew location opened in Roseville. This is just the seventh location in Michigan. 7 Brew prides itself on being a drive-thru chain with multiple different quirky flavor combinations.
I went on May 5, expecting it to be really crowded in the drive-thru, but I immediately noticed that the line moved very quickly due to them having multiple workers. It was a very fun and vibrant place. As you pulled up, you could even hear some Beyoncé music playing. It reminded me a lot of Chick-fil-A because the workers come to your car and you can pay them there rather than waiting until you reach a window.
The menu is very extensive, some options include flavored lemonades, coffees, energy drinks, refreshers, smoothies and even shakes. While there was no food, the variety was worth the 20-minute drive.
I ordered a fizz soda called the “Brew Lagoon,” which contains coconut, blue raspberry and lime flavoring. I was immediately hit with the sweetness of the drink. It was so refreshing and incredibly tasty. The coconut was overpowering, so if coconut is not something you enjoy, I wouldn’t recommend it. I got a large one, and it cost $5.20. I feel like, for the quick wait and the quantity of the drink, it was a reasonable price. I do wish they had pebble ice to make the drink more refreshing, as someone who is anemic.
I also ordered the cookies and cream milkshake. It reminded me a lot of the Menchie’s cake batter ice cream flavor. The milkshake contains cupcakes, dark chocolate and white chocolate. The white chocolate was what I tasted the most. I thought it was good, but I definitely feel like the refresher was better. The medium milkshake was $6.25.
I do wish that there were some food options because I feel like that would round out the menu. Obviously, I like to eat, so when going to a destination, I would like food with my drink. I feel like they could have something like sweets, maybe like cake pops. Or they could go a different route and make energy bars, which would go along with their theme of energy drinks.
Overall, I really enjoyed 7 Brew; the 20-minute drive went by fast because of their drinks. I would definitely recommend this. You can stop by other food places near, like Chick-fil-A, if you are craving some substance.
