Annie Ferguson ‘26 is excited to continue her Tower career as a second year staffer. As someone who took honors journalism for fun, she discovered a new found love for journalism through the course. Ferguson enjoys the process and the outcome of crafting stories. From interviewing to researching, she loves to see her hard work pay off when the issue is released.

“I really enjoy interviewing because I like to talk to people,” Ferguson said. “It is rewarding to see my work in the issue when we get it, it gives me something to look forward to.”

During Ferguson’s free time, if she is not cheering on the sidelines of Grosse Pointe South’s s football games, she likes to spend her time baking. She finds that baking clears her head and keeps her calm.

“Everyone has their thing that relieves their stress and mine is baking,” Ferguson said. “I am excited for the new things the Tower has to offer this school year.”
