Bianca Garcia ’16 , brings a unique and vintage look to the Grosse Pointe South runway. She’s wearing a floral navy blue , grey, and white romper with black Doc Martens. The romper was given to her by her friend’s mom who is really good about finding vintage clothing Bianca explains. She’s always loved Doc Martens, so just before school began, she went to Journeys at the nearest mall and bought them for $120. “My Style is kind of influenced by a few things.I like being individual, but I don’t want to be a try-hard like, “ look how different I am”, I just kind of wear what I  want and go with the flow”  Bianca said.

Emma Peters ’16 wears a comfortable, yet cute outfit. Styled with a pattern of blue and white, Peters braces the day with a flowy denim shirt. To add to the look, she wears a dark blue maxi skirt. Maxi skirts are a big trend this fall, as they are loose, but a good way to dress up a casual outfit. This is definitely a stye South girls will be seen wearing a lot.

Tribal pants have made an epic return! Avery Eliot and Gabby Deloof, both ’14 strut these fun and colorful pants through the halls of South. The solid colored shirts are perfect for these pants; it keeps the main focus solely on the pants. The great thing about these loose tribal pants is that they can be worn all year around. It’s never too hot or too cold to throw on some flowy fun pants. Tribal pants come in uncountable styles, color combinations, and even cuts. Eliot works the wide cut flowy cut while Deloof pulls of the boot cut. These pants range in styles from floral, tie-dye, aztec, and more. Tribal pants are trending throughout South and are sold at very cheap prices.
