Following the girls exciting win, the boys extended their win streak to two games (2-5). The Blue Devils defeated Port Huron Northern 58-49 to open league play on Tuesday, Jan. 8. The varsity team again was lead by the backcourt scoring tandem of Jabari Burton ’14 and Darius Harris ‘14. Much of the offensive success can be attributed to the fact that the Blue Devils turned the ball over a season low of 11 times. The boys look to push the streak to three straight wins when they travel to Anchor Bay on Friday, Jan. 11.
