In their only meeting of the season, the boys varsity basketball team fell to North on Friday, Dec. 14.South started off slow and could never recover after scoring only five points in the first half. The Blue Devils used three pointers to keep the game from getting completely out of hand. Darius Harris ’14 led the charge scoring a team high 13 points, in the 50-32 route.
After the losing to North the team is trying to continue to work hard and keep their heads up, forward Danny Dixon ’14 said.
“We can’t get discouraged,” said Dixon. “We are going to move on and learn from our mistakes.”
The Blue Devils open up division play this Thursday at L’Anse Creuse.
