The junior varsity hockey team overpowered the Grosse Pointe Trees 7-0 at City Ice Arena on Wednesday, Jan. 30. The Trees are local recreational league team comprised of South students.  Trent Maghielse ’14 tallied 10 saves for the shutout. Jared Brush ‘15 lead the Blue Devils with two goals and Jacob Stone, Michael Mitchell, Jordan Reece, Zach Kohut all ’15 and Henry Solemn ’14 all scored one goal.
