Emily Shea ’15 | Staff Writer

The seniors have voted, and forty-one students have been selected to represent the class as the winners of senior superlatives.

  1. Did you expect to win this award?
  2. How do you feel about winning this award?

Madi Kiegiel

  1. No, I never expected to win any sort of superlative, I never thought I stood out that much to be voted. I was surprised when I won. My friends told me before receiving the text awarding me.IMG_4432
  2. I’m honored and flattered by the votes.

Will Boyce

  1. I’ve been practicing for about three months, so I wouldn’t say expected it, but I would say that my hard work paid off.
  2. I feel honored, I owe it to all of my loyal fans, I could not have done it without them.

[quote_center]Best Friends (guy/guy)[/quote_center]

Jack Weaver

  1. IMG_4501I was very confident that Jared and I would receive this award, our dedicated friendship since kindergarden has created something really special and I couldn’t be happier. I was not surprised at all, Jared and I had this planned out since freshman year, it was just a matter of sticking strong and battling through the rough patches.
  2. At first, I was emotionally unstable, but now its just sheer happiness after all the years of hard work. This is a moment I will never forget.

Jared Brush

  1. Definitely, the connection between me and Jack is just dynamic. It was not a surprise, we’ve worked hard. Our friendship went through some tough times but through communication we really stepped our game up.
  2. Honestly, it is probably the same feeling any Nobel Prize winner feels. I feel on top of the world with my best friend Jack.
