Whether she is volunteering her time making cookies or running errands to Party City for Student Association, Morgan Costello ’27 keeps herself involved with school sports and activities. Running Cross Country and Track keeps her busy after school, and she says it's the people who make the team special.

“I love the girls on the team,” Costello said. “I feel like I automatically became friends with them so fast, and it's the best to talk to them after school, especially after a hard day. I find it refreshing to hear about their days.”

Beyond running, the first-year staff writer loves hanging out with her mom and baking at home, her specialty being cookies. She has a place for everything in her room and resets it when needed to ensure it stays organized. Being a part of Student Association both her freshman and sophomore years, she loves connecting with her peers while planning South’s major events. Though she is already so involved, Costello is looking forward to continuing to expand her horizons and is excited for her first year with the Tower.
