Kelly Gavagan ’23 is entering her second year of Tower as a staff writer. After taking a hiatus from Tower during her junior year, she is ready to come back in full swing as a senior.
“I admire the community The Tower has created for each and everyone on staff,” Gavagan said. “I cannot wait to collaborate with everyone to create the best paper ever.”
When Gavagan isn’t working hard, she finds herself practicing for cross country in order to compete with record times.
“Outside of journalism I enjoy running for cross country or track,” Gavagan said. “I also enjoy hanging out with family and friends.”
On the topic of family, Gavagan enjoys spending time with her dog.
“People may not know that my puppy is a Coton de Tulear, the national dog of Madagascar!” Gavagan said.
