After spending the summer babysitting, playing varsity soccer and hanging out with friends, Supervising Copy Editor Sarah Cook ’25 is ready to dive into her third year as Tower staffer. From experiencing the thrill of her favorite ride at Cedar Point, The Millennium Force, to reaching a page turning moment in a book, Cook said she loves the different aspects of life. Along with her enjoyment of reading and writing—her favorite subject being English—she is looking forward to the new experiences that the Tower will bring this year.

“I’m excited to have Mrs. Singer as a new supervisor to see how everything runs,” Cook said. “I’m excited to meet all new staffers and build a connection with all of them.”

With this being her final year, Cook extends gratitude to those who have supported her growth as a journalist. On a further note, Cook said she is ready to help new copy editors improve their proofreading and writing skills throughout the school year.

“I feel thankful that I have this opportunity to help new people,” Cook said.
