Chiara Fallone ’25, Staff Writer
Chiara Fallone ’25 has been a staff writer for two years. Fallone enjoys journalism for its educational value and the opportunity to explore new topics beyond what she learns from sources like CNBC. She values the creative freedom in story writing and the challenge of crafting engaging leads. Fallone is not widely known for her writing outside the tower, where she finds joy in the supportive environment and the balance it offers between writing and other activities. She also enjoys sports, cooking, baking, and shopping particularly for fragrances. Fallone recommends joining Tower for the experiences and lessons it provides, including field trips to places like Boston, where she attended a journalism conference. She is excited to attend more events in the future.
“I’ve heard we might go to New York or Philadelphia for the journalism conferences,” Fallone said. “People think that since this is an English class all we do is write for the paper. It’s not just writing, there are a lot of fun opportunities as well.”
