This cookie had a cake batter base topped with a delicious and rich cream cheese frosting topped off with cookie crumbs, which helped add texture and crunch. The cookie itself had a great balance of gooey interior and crispy edges. The simplistic take on this cookie is very appealing because It still has a great sweet flavor without being too overpowering. It reminded me more of a birthday cake cookie than pink velvet, but it was very good overall. This was one of the top cookies this week.
The cookie itself was just a simple sugar cookie with sprinkles baked into it, topped with cake-flavored buttercream served chilled. The visual appeal of the cookie itself was perfect, it looked delectable and painted the perfect picture of a confetti milkshake cookie. Although it looked very appealing, I have to say I was very disappointed with the flavor of the cookie and expected better. The cookie was bland, along with the frosting being unbearably sweet. I do not recommend this and thought it was one of the worst ones of the week.
I did not have high expectations for this cookie; the idea itself just seems bland, as if Crumbl ran out of ideas. The cookie was undercooked, tasted like raw batter and had no flavor. Although I liked the simple idea of having powdered sugar as an alternative for frosting, I feel as though a frosting would have helped add more flavor and take away from the blandness of the cookie. If the cookie was baked longer, I think that would have made a big difference and made it way more enjoyable. Compared to the other cookies of the week this one had to be the worst.
This cookie was a great representation of a sticky bun, with a crunchy exterior and soft gooey inside along with a layer of cinnamon inside the cookie. I think that Crumbl did a great job embodying these on-point flavors into this cookie. The cookie itself had a very well cinnamon-infused flavor with a soft and gooey texture. The glaze on top was sugary with some sort of nuts along with cinnamon crumble which was a great addition rather than having a boring cheesecake frosting. I was very happy with this cookie, and I thought it was also one of the best ones of this week.
This cake consisted of a declarant banana cake as the base, topped with a vanilla bean mousse and camel dripped down the sides. The cake’s appearance was very well executed, it looked delicious and just as described in the name. To my disappointment, the cake did not taste as good as it looked. It was undercooked and tasted just like raw banana bread. The mousse on top was not up to par, it was a little too sweet, and I think that cream cheese frosting would taste way better. Overall it was a waste of money in my opinion, and would not recommend it.
