Trendy, new bubble tea spot exceeds expectations

There has been a new addition to the Mall at Partridge Creek: BUBBLEOLOGY. It is a small shop with limited seating and space but makes up for it with its variety of options and decor. As you walk through the door, you feel very welcomed, and the cashiers and employees are very nice. The aesthetic of the place is nice and quaint. The service is very quick and they allow you to alter your order to your liking, including reducing the amount of sugar, or adding different jellies and boba to the drink.
The drink itself wasn’t bad, but was on the sweeter side. I would recommend to ask for a drink with either 50 percent or 75 percent sugar, as the regular was too sweet. The tapioca pearls were very easy to chew and tasted sweet, which was nice compared to the usual bland flavor of the pearls. The serving sizes were also very reasonable prices and represented the product very well.
If you aren’t in the mood for bubble tea, then they also have a variety of ice cream flavors to choose from for a fair price. I personally did not try the ice cream flavors but they looked delicious, and they made their cones out of real waffles, which was interesting.
Overall, I would rate this shop an eight out of 10. The place itself was very small, so it became crowded really quick. Even though the space wasn’t ideal, the drinks and their menu were good and their tapioca pearls had a sweet flavor, which was a nice addition. The menu and the service was overall really good, and the shop made the most it could with the space they had. They had small, different lounging areas for customers with enough space for people to be in line. My bubble tea experience exceeded my expectations, and I would say this shop is worth the drive. It is a cute shop that is worth a quick stop to grab a good cup of bubble tea.
