Stress Reducer Detox Water: This is an easy way to start off a busy day. A nice glass of ice water that fills all your taste buds, sweet, sour, and bitter. All you need to you is layer your ice, strawberries, cucumbers, and lime and pour water on it. Add a little bit of mint and you will be ready to go.
Ingredients
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup sliced cucumber
2 limes, sliced
¼ cup fresh mint leaves
Ice cubes
water
